Living with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Rheumatoid Arthritis is just so misunderstood by the medical profession.
Yes, it is an autoimmune condition, yes it is always there, but I have proved that there is a massive amount achievable with diet and lifestyle . It takes a lot of willpower and dedication , of that there is no doubt , but the rewards are massive.
Pain for me now indicates that I haven't eaten quite enough vegetables as getting the acid and alkaline balance right is crucial and green veggies are the key to staying pain free, though there are also a few foods that must be totally avoided.
I never stop trying out new supplements - I am trialling Nano Gold at present and will keep you posted.
Check out the Health Factory and their info on Nano Gold Here
Even if you don't have Rheumatoid Arthritis this is an oddly toxic time of the year, lots of joint and muscle pain around, and quite a few of our customers are complaining of Fibromyalgia and aching joints.
We don't allow them to escape from Natural Life without a bottle of Apple Cider vinegar and a Low Acid Diet sheet as this is usually the way to improve things. Pick up your copy the next time you pop in.
I have not known a customer who hasn't benefitted from properly doing the diet . Properly is the key word here.
I love this idea..... A 500ml bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar (alkalising) , 8 dandelion flower heads infused in the vinegar for 3 days , and voila , a brilliant , multi faceted, body cleansing drink, A tablespoon a day in a glass of water , add some clear honey if you like a sweeter drink .
Copies of the diet sheet are available in the shop
